It's Not About The Bike - My Journey Back to Life
by Lance Armstrong with Sally Jenkins (Contributor)
Putnam Publishing Group
ISBN 0399146113
Published June 2000 - Hardcover - 304 pages

This is the remarkable story of multiple winner of the Tour de France, Lance Armstrong.  This Texan's battle with cancer, his subsequent triumphant comeback, and his going on to win this most prestigious of cycle races, make his memoirs a highly inspirational read.  I found his honesty very refreshing and encouraging.  It was an honor to be inivited into his personal life and the very detailed account of his cancer treatment, as well as his wife's intricate fertility regimen.  An inspiring book and I feel confident you will enjoy its message of hope, guts and glory.  A real page-turner.  On July 27, 2003, he won the Tour de France for the fifth consecutive time - only the second man to do so!  Well done, Lance!
Conclusion - Highly recommended. BookBrowser
