The lucky ones don't need a reason to laugh as it comes naturally and easily.  Many enjoy a good joke to exercise their lungs.  For some, they never raise a smile which is so sad.  If only they would lighten up — they'd realize life is full of fun and there are many things you can laugh about instead of pouting and/or frowning.  Author Rick Adams takes snippets of life from the Family, the Office, Entertainment, Healthy Living, Relationships, and Etcetera.  If you open your eyes and ears, you too, will "see" a world of hilarity around you.  For example, we've all seen the one on page 17, and how about the one on page 85?  If we learn to laugh at ourselves more and to see the funny side of life, we'd have a lot less stress and be a whole lot more relaxed.  I love that Listerine Total Care and Reach Total Care are, because of this book, donating to the National Children's Oral Health Foundation: America's Toothfairy.

Conclusion - Delightful.  I wish it was about 100 pages longer!
