Low-Fat & Luscious
Better Homes and Gardens (Meredith Books)
ISBN 0-696-20373-1
Published 1996 - Hardcover - 160 pages - $16.95

Even though this book is about eight years old, we're still needing and looking for ways to cut out the fat.  Referring to this book will help you put together even more low-fat meals to help you stay healthy.  Because one has to watch one's fat intake, it doesn't mean you have to eliminate taste or choice.  I like it that they've given so much fat information in the beginning of the book, as well as a detailed breakdown of nutrition facts for each recipe, and prep times.  Their recipes are mouth-watering too.  Like Baked French Toast with Orange Syrup, Fudge Brownies, Apricot-Stuffed Grilled Turkey Breast, Skillet Chicken Paella, Peppered Steak with Mushroom Sauce, Chocolate-Sauced Pears, and Mini Cheesecakes.  They also include Breakfast Dishes, Snacks and Appetizers, Main Dishes, Meatless Main Dishes, Side Dishes, and Desserts.
Conclusion - A necessity in today's fat-filled days where we need to start making healthy food choices.
