I've always wondered what happened to young stars, mostly those who we don't hear about anymore.  Many however, are still in the limelight (and the business), but many more have gone on to do other things.  What we were able to read about them at the time, was about which movie/TV show they were in, what their favorite food was, and what they wanted to be when they grew up.  Some made oodles of money, which they held on to, while some took heavy losses.  And not only did some of them take financial losses, there were a few who sadly went down the alcohol and drugs roads, some of who paid the ultimate price.  A few stars we still see around these days are Justin Bateman, Drew Barrymore, Brooke Shields, Christina Ricci, and of course, the wonderful Ron Howard.  Other well knowns in the book are Tobey Maguire, Lindsay Lohan, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, and the Cosby kids among many others.  Some memorable-but-out-of-sight (then) youngsters include Christopher Atkins (pretty scrumptuous these days!) and Mayim Bialik (look at her studies!).  Young actors from these television shows and films featured in this book, include The Wonder Years; Monkey Trouble; Sister, Sister; Doogie Howser, M.D.; Family Matters; The Brady Bunch, and a whole lot more.  I found it interesting finding out that quite a few went back to school and achieved astonishingly unexpected and diverse degrees.
Conclusion - A wonderful collector's book, full of fab photos from yesteryear.
